Placements

We work with you to decide on the best type of care and support package. Our service models are flexibly tailored to meet individual need, and provide scope for step-up and step-down transitions.

  • Two women sitting on a black couch in front of large glass doors, smiling and looking at the camera. The woman on the left has dark skin, short black hair, and is wearing a patterned gray and black sweater. The woman on the right has light skin, long light brown hair, glasses, and is wearing a maroon blouse with white polka dots.

    Shared Care

In Shared Care placements, two or more individuals live together in a shared home, with both shared and individual support. This model suits people who benefit from peer relationships and a communal living environment.

  • A young man in a blue t-shirt preparing food in a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and white countertops.

    Self-Contained

Self-contained placements support more independent living for individuals with lower-level support needs, typically in a flat within a block where staff support is available nearby.

  • Two women standing in a living room, one young with a hoodie, holding a device, and an older woman with attached lanyard, holding a phone and touching the young woman's arm. Wall decorations include framed quotes.

    Bespoke & Specialist

Bespoke and Specialist services are single occupant services for individuals requiring high levels of support (e.g. 2:1 or 3:1).
